<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous rust-removing paint which removes rust generating during film formation in painting on a metallic material and smoothly and cleanly coating the metallic material regardless of performing anti-rust treatment just before painting on the metallic materials being the iron or iron alloy materials to be painted, removal of an anti-rust agent, descaling or rust-removing treatment or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous rust-removing paint applied on the substrate surface of a metallic material selected from iron materials and iron alloy materials. The paint contains: 0.1-40 pts.wt. of a water-soluble, water-dispersible or water-suspensible rust-removing component comprising at least either one of organic phosphonic acid compounds such as alkylidene-diphosphonic acid compounds and amphoteric compounds such as amino-carboxylic acid compounds; 10-99 pts.wt. of a water-soluble, water-dispersible or water-suspensible film-forming component of at least either one selected from unsaturated monomers and film-forming resin components; and 1-99 pts.wt. of water or an aqueous solvent including water.</p> |
