<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably and efficiently producing anhydride crystals of L-arginine hydrochloride.SOLUTION: The method for producing anhydride crystals of L-arginine hydrochloride is provided in which anhydride crystals of L-arginine hydrochloride is precipitated by subjecting an aqueous solution of L-arginine hydrochloride to crystallization at a temperature higher than 42°C, then the obtained solution containing the anhydride crystals of L-arginine hydrochloride is cooled in the coexistence of an amino acid selected from the group consisting of L-alanine, L-α-aminobutyric acid, and L-norvaline, thereby anhydride crystals of L-arginine hydrochloride is precipitated.</p> |
