The present invention relates to a shield frame for installing a radiation shield. The main purpose is to basically prevent the radiation exposure of workers or related members in the disassembly and desalinization of nuclear power equipment or radioactive wastes of various sizes. For the purpose, the present invention relates to a shield frame of preventing radiation exposure of worker and related members by using shields. The shield frame comprises a post which is vertically formed in a length direction, and a first flexible member which has the shield which is symmetrical on one side of the post. It includes a first and a second frame which comprises a second horizontal member which has the shield which is symmetrical in the vertical direction of the first horizontal member, and a second flexible member which is inserted into both ends of the second horizontal member, and has a symmetrical rectangular-box shape. Thereby, in the disassembly and desalinization of nuclear power equipment or radioactive wastes of various sizes, the radiation exposure of workers or related members can be basically prevented. The working efficiency can be improved by controlling the size in case of large equipment.
