FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: guide bar includes input and output sections with a ridge in-between. A sleeve with minimal change of the diameter and wall thickness with straight-line front end is produced due to the fact that the guide bar is fitted with a conical channelled recess after the ridge with the radius being equal to 0.52-0.75 of the current distance between the rollers. The guide bar provides for narrower gauge in the zone of its output part.EFFECT: no profile distortion and filling of gap between the rollers and guide bars by metal.3 dwg
