The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an internal structure of a three dimensional puzzle capable of three dimensionally expressing a sheet or other structures and minimizing an alignment error between printed surfaces by folding a first printed surface and a second printed surface on the inside of a three dimensional puzzle such as an airplane, a train, or a bus, and preventing ink smudging during a printing process by having two printed surfaces. The method for manufacturing an internal structure of a three dimensional puzzle comprises: a first step of bonding the first printed surface on which a first design is printed onto an upper surface of one side of a core; a second step of bonding a PVC film onto an upper surface of the other side of the core, wherein the PVC film is separated from the first printed surface; a third step of bonding the second printed surface on which a second design is printed onto a lower surface of the other side of the core; a forth step of flipping the core upside down and forming a halfway cut line for folding and a fully cut line for creating a hole using a wooden tool with blades, wherein the halfway cut line is formed between the fist printed surface and the PVC film and the fully cut line is formed on the second printed surface and the core; and a fifth step of folding the core at the halfway cut line, wherein the first printed surface faces the PVC film. |
