The structure has a compartmentalized concrete structure (1) resting on a concrete slab, with dimension of 3 by 3 meters and thickness of 400 mm thick, of a dividing wall (2) having openings abutting on perpendicular walls (3-6) with identical passage openings (7). The perpendicular walls include a closure receiving recess (8) fitted with a grid (9). The dividing wall includes a pivoting valve formed in a sealing plate with hinges on a support having side supports. A pivoting mechanism includes a float and an actuating mechanism for the valve whose opening is limited by a stop. |
