The present invention relates to a molded case circuit breaker which comprises: a case including terminal parts connected to a wire side and a load side respectively; an interrupter assembly installed inside the case, including an arc gas discharger to discharge arc gas generated therein; a discharge guiding part arranged between the interrupter assembly and the terminal parts, including a discharge chamber inside to provide an arc gas path between the arc gas discharger and a bent suit of the terminal parts; a discharge cover installed on the case in a structure of covering the discharge guiding part, and sealing the arc gas path; a sealing groove formed on the inner surface of the discharge cover; and a sealing protrusion formed on the arc gas discharger of an interrupter assembly and inserted into the sealing groove. Accordingly, the arc gas discharged through the discharger on the lower end of the interrupter assembly can be rapidly discharged to the outside without being leaked through a gap made when the case and the interrupter assembly are combined. |
