The present invention relates to a method to check functionality of a guidance and control system and a mobile device that does the task. The method to check the guidance and control device mounted on guided missiles and loaded equipment receiving and sending data comprises: a step to generate geometry data files that define checklists and the range of checks; and a step to indicate data transmitted and received between the guided missiles and the guidance and control system in the process of simulation by each checklist. The step to indicate the transmitted and received data can include a step to determine the show-up frequency for data included in the checklist within a given time period; a step to determine the show-up frequency for data based on the number of checklists and the number measured; and a step to indicate the transmitted and received data based on the checklist in accordance with the determined frequency.
