The present invention provides a vehicle to protect a seat occupant. The vehicle to protect a seat occupant includes: a vehicle body having a front surface to support a head of a seat occupant and having a head rest which includes an upper surface and a side surface extended from the front surface which is more easily separated when comparing to the front surface, and an upper bag embedded in the head rest, separating the upper surface and arranged to protrude toward the outside of the head rest, and a seat assembly for a vehicle which includes a head airbag having a side bag separating the side surface arranged to protrude toward the outside of the head rest, and a room where the seat assembly for a vehicle is installed; and a ceiling airbag installed wherein a pair of the ceiling airbags respectively installed in the upper side of the seat occupant of the seat assembly for a vehicle among the vehicle body, firstly expanding in a space unit between the upper bag and a ceiling of the vehicle during employment, wherein each extension unit extended in the horizontal direction collides with each other to be bent toward the space unit between the side bags facing each other, and secondarily being expanded.
