Provided by the present invention is a transparent electrode manufacturing method using an electrospinning method. The transparent electrode manufacturing method by an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps of: forming a coaxial double layer fiber including nanomaterials and polymeric materials by emitting the nanomaterials and the polymeric materials onto a first substrate; and forming a transparent electrode formed with the nanomaterials by removing the polymeric materials from the coaxial double layer fiber.
