<p>In the beam forming apparatus for beam forming signals to be transmitted or received through a probe including a plurality of transformer blocks consisting of each a plurality of transformer, it comprising: a control unit for controlling to delay the received signals in a plurality of transformer consisting of each transducer block or signals to be transmitted from a plurality of transducer consisting of each transducer block; and an analog beam-former having a plurality of beam-former performing analog beam-forming of signals transmitted or received via a plurality of conversion consisting of each transducer block in response to the control signal transmitted from the control unit corresponding to each of the transformer block. In the end, a dynamic delay range is reduced, through this, so that the size of delay time (as a whole, the size of analog bean-former) can be reduced.</p> |
