<p>Provided is an inspecting jig to use a four-probe method on a small inspection point, which provides low cost and reliable configuration for electrical connectivity. The inspecting jig provides a plurality of probes (20) and a plurality of electrode units (30). The probe (20) provides a core-shaped probe (21) and a cylinder-shaped probe. (24) The core-shaped probe (21) is electrically connected to the inspection point. The cylinder-shaped probe (24) is placed with the core-shaped probe (21) in an insulated state on an outer surface of the core-shaped probe (21), and connected electrically to the inspection point. The electrode unit (30) provides an inner tube electrode unit (31) and an outer tube electrode unit (34). The inner tube electrode unit connects electrically to the core-shaped probe (21) by contacting the outer circumference of the inserted core-shaped probe (21). The outer tube electrode unit (34) is placed with the inner tube electrode unit (31) in an insulated state on an outer surface of the inner tube electrode unit (31), and connected electrically to the cylinder shaped probe (24).</p> |
