本揭露提供一种镍锰复合草酸盐粉体,包含复数个双楔形八面体(biwedge octahedron)结构粒子,该粒子具有下列组成通式(general formula):NiqMnxCoyMzC2O4nH2O,其中q+x+y+z=1,0<q<1,0<x<1,0y<1,0z<0.15,0n5,以及M系择自Mg、Sr、Ba、Cd、Zn、Al、Ga、B、Zr、Ti、Ca、Ce、Y、Nb、Cr、Fe及V至少其一。前述粉体可进一步与锂盐煅烧形成锂镍锰复合氧化物粉体以应用于锂电池之正极材料。; q< 1, 0< x < 1, 0y < 1, 0z< 0.15, 0n5, and M is at least one of Mg, Sr, Ba, Cd, Zn, Al, Ga, B, Zr, Ti, Ca, Ce, Y, Nb, Cr, Fe and V. The above powder may be further calcined with a lithium salt to form a lithium transition metal oxide powder for use as a positive electrode material in Lithium ion battery. |
