<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cosmetic allowing persistence of moist feeling and smooth feeling.SOLUTION: A sheet-like cosmetic is obtained by impregnating a sheet-like substrate with a liquid composition containing the following components (A) to (D): (A) 0.005 to 0.5 mass% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 4 to 7, being liquid at 25°C and having a glyceryl group; (B) 0.003 to 0.3 mass% as a solid content of an emulsion of a silicone compound having a contact angle of 30° to 60°; (C) 0.01 to 3 mass% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 12 to 17; and (D) 0.005 to 4 mass% of polypropylene glycol.</p> |
