<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which utilizes coal ash produced in e.g., coal-fired power generation.SOLUTION: A powder composition comprises, with respect to 100 pts. mass of coal ash, 1-15 pts. mass of calcium hydroxide and 1-6 pts. mass of blast furnace slag and preferably contains 1-6 pts. mass of an alkaline earth metal phosphate. Elusion of various metals is suppressed, compared with a powder of coal ash alone, and the powder composition allows storage and transportation without special equipment. The powder composition is also usable as a blend ingredient for a soil solidification material, and, in this application, exudation of the unburnt carbon content is also suppressible.</p> |
