The present invention provides a use of isothiocyanates in the manufacture of pharmaceutical composition for treating various cancers and tumors. More specifically, the pharmaceutical composition comprises 1-(alkylsulfinyl)-2-isothiocyanatoalkyl-1-alkene. The present invention also provides an administration method of the pharmaceutical composition for a human or mammal. The present invention also provides a use of 1-(alkylsulfinyl)-2-isothiocyanatoalkyl-1-alkene in the manufacture of health care products and food additives.
