<p>The present invention monitors an application of a terminal, identifies the next task from the application used in the terminal, estimates the task switching time by estimating the time of switching to the next task, identifies a computer needed by the next task, outputs a command to start up a computer needed by the next task, identifies data needed by the next task, outputs, to an external storage device, a command to transmit to the terminal the data needed by the next task, and allocates a band of a network provided between the terminal and the external storage device on the basis of the data volume of the data needed by the terminal for the next task and the estimated time of switching to the next task.</p> |
