一种电动代步车，主要系包含车架、设于车架之座椅及操控单元，以及传动单元。其中，车架的前缘系设为上仰之弯弧段，于该弯弧段底缘设有复数排由前向后连续延伸之滑轮，并于该弯弧段略后方的两侧分别设有主轮，车架的后缘两侧系分别设有叉轮单元，使各叉轮单元由中心向外延伸且在圆周方向相隔的复数支夹臂，于各夹臂端部设有副轮。藉由操控单元的操控，使传动单元带动叉轮单元之副轮的转动，从而使电动代步车得以于平坦路面行走，或藉由操控单元的操控，使传动单元带动叉轮单元之夹臂转动，使电动代步车得以构成爬坡或攀爬楼梯之功能。;The base frame at rear has pair miti frame arm.
