PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method of U-shape forming rod-like croissant dough and then circularizing it by accurately and quickly uniformizing the length of both legs.SOLUTION: The croissant dough circularizing device 100 includes: a first width draw guide 114 which guides to the center of a U shape the first end part 5a of the U-shape formed croissant dough 5 that is transported on a conveyor 122; a plate 118 which is inserted in the lower part of the second end part 5b of the U-shape formed croissant dough 5 and which is moved upward; a second width draw guide 116 which guides to the center of the U shape the second end part 5b moved upward; and a pusher 130 which vertically pushes the first end part 5a and the second end part 5b that are drawn to the center of the U shape to be brought into contact with each other.
