PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control connection of a communication path after predetermined processing that is to be executed after a handover is complete.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: first communication means that performs radio communication with another communication device by a first communication system; second communication means that performs radio communication with the other communication device by a second communication system different from the first communication system; transmission means that transmits, by using the first communication means, a message for requesting a connection parameter for connecting with the other communication device through radio communication by the second communication means; and disconnection means that disconnects the radio connection by the second communication system in response to the completion of service which is executed through the radio communication by the second communication means using the connection parameter.
