PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent organic electroluminescent element which has low driving voltage and exhibits little chromaticity deviation even in high-temperature storage.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element comprises, on a substrate, a pair of electrodes consisting of an anode and a cathode and at least one organic layer including a light-emitting layer between the electrodes. The light-emitting layer contains at least one sort of phosphorescent material, and at least one of at least one organic layer contains a compound represented by a formula (1). |
