PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing soft polyurethane foam excellent in vibration characteristic and high in durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing soft polyurethane foam including reacting a polyol component containing following polyol (A1) (A) and an organic polyisocyanate component (B) in a presence of a catalyst, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer, and a resonance frequency value of a foam sample having 400 mm×400 mm×100 mm dimension of obtained foam is 3.4 Hz or less and a resonance transmission rate is 3.0 or less. Polyol (A1):polyether polyol having a number average functional group number of 3 to 4, percentage of primary hydroxyl group in the all terminal hydroxyl group of 80 mol% or more, a hydroxyl group value (mgKOH/g) of 25 to 40, terminal oxyethylene unit content of 8 to 12 wt.%, monool content of 0.04 meq/g or less and diol content of 8 to 20 wt.%. |
