PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for determining states of a plurality of devices constituting a plant facility to diagnose plant abnormality.SOLUTION: A plant abnormality diagnostic apparatus includes: a device state value input unit for successively inputting a state value indicating a state of each device constituting a plant facility; a correlation coefficient calculation unit for calculating a state value correlation coefficient between the devices from each device state value in a predetermined period; and an abnormality determination unit for determining that abnormality has occurred in the plant facility when the state value correlation coefficient is out of an allowable range set in advance. |
