摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flow rate detection accuracy in an air flow rate measurement device 1 which is manufactured by inserting a sensor assembly 14 into an insertion hole 21 of a housing 4 and fixing it.SOLUTION: A sensor assembly 14 is fixed at a housing 4 by a wire holding case 20 for holding a bonding wire 16 being press-fitted to an insertion hole 21. The wire holding case 20 has a low rigidity part 20a having a space 23 in which the bonding wire 16 is accommodated in one side of the X direction, and has a high rigidity part 20b in which the rigidity is higher than that of the low rigidity part 20a on the other side of the X direction. The high rigidity part 20b has a second reference surface 32 for performing positioning in the Y direction, and a surface 42 on the opposite side from the second reference surface 32 is pressed by a press-fitting projection 36. Thereby, a load imparted to the wire holding case 20 according to the positioning in the Y direction is applied to the high rigidity part, so that deformation of the wire holding case 20 can be reduced.
