PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary rotor capable of being simply manufactured without increasing a manufacturing cost, when a plurality of types of cleaning bodies are wound around the rotor.SOLUTION: Cleaning bodies 2, 3 and 4 are formed by fixing or implanting blades or brushes 2b, 3b and 4b in parallelogrammatic bases 2a, 3a and 4a, respectively. The blades or brushes 2b, 3b and 4b of the cleaning bodies 2, 3 and 4 are fixed or implanted in parallel in a set of sides of the parallelogrammatic bases 2a, 3a and 4a, respectively.
