[Problem] To provide a vehicle air-conditioning device capable of achieving comfortable heating of a vehicle-compartment interior by operating a compressor, a compartment-interior fan and a heat-radiating means at appropriate timing. [Solution] A vehicle air-conditioning device equipped with a compressor (2) for compressing a coolant, a radiator (4) for radiating heat from the coolant and provided in an airflow channel (3), a heat absorber (9) for absorbing heat from the coolant, and a compartment-interior fan (27) for distributing air to the airflow channel. The interior of the vehicle compartment is heated by heat radiated from the radiator (4). The vehicle air-conditioning device is further equipped with a heat-medium-air heat exchanger (64) in a heat-medium circulation circuit (61) for heating the air supplied to the interior of the vehicle compartment, and provided in the airflow channel. The timing for operating the compressor, the compartment-interior fan and the heat-medium circulation circuit is controlled on the basis of the outside temperature. |
