PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a management server device of information necessary for a user when a failure occurs in a physical resource configuring a virtual volume.SOLUTION: A computer system includes: a server device 3 for managing a plurality of virtual volumes; a storage device 2 having a storage device having a plurality of storage devices and a controller for controlling the input/output of data to/from the storage device; a management server device 6 to be accessed by a user terminal; and an event management device for managing an event which occurs from the server device or the storage device. The event management device is configured to, when receiving the event, determine the content of the event, and to specify a virtual volume receiving an influence in the event, and to, when a service level to be satisfied by the virtual volume is defined in the specified virtual volume, specify whether or not the event violating the service level occurs from the content of the received event, and to notify the management server device of the specified content. |
