PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of continuously changing the distance between a metal structure and a mirror layer.SOLUTION: An optical element 100 according to the present invention comprises a metal structure 20 provided on a first face 12 of a first substrate 10, a mirror 40 provided on a second face 32 of a second substrate 30 disposed facing the first face 12, and a piezoelectric element 50 for changing the distance between the metal structure 20 and the mirror 40.
