PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution system that can distribute a load on each device used in a distributed key-value store.SOLUTION: A client node 80 includes index transmitting means 81 that transmits a syntax tree obtained by structuring a retrieval instruction and an index to a store node 90 identified from the index. The store node 90 includes: retrieval means 91 that retrieves a value corresponding to a key, or one or more keys or one or more indexes corresponding to the index; and instruction execution means 92. The instruction execution means 92 transmits the key or the index to the retrieval means 91 to cause the retrieval means 91 to retrieve the corresponding key or index when receiving the key or the index. The instruction execution means 92 transmits the key or the index and the syntax tree to the store node 90 identified from the key or the index when an acquisition instruction of the value corresponding to the key or the index is included in the received syntax tree.
