Here, the master terminal forms a cluster with the slave terminal when the second SINR is higher than the first SINR. |

1. A method of transmitting or receiving first data to be transmitted to a first apparatus or to be received from the first apparatus using cooperation communication by a first terminal, the method comprising:
calculating a first signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR), which is SINR between the first terminal and the first apparatus; calculating a second SINR, which is SINR between at least one second terminal and the first terminal performing the cooperation communication; and forming a first cluster with the second terminal to perform the cooperation communication when the second SINR is higher than the first SINR by a predetermined threshold or more. |
