The preset invention relates to a back sheet for a solar cell and the solar cell comprising thereof, and more specifically, to a back sheet for a solar cell which comprises a primer layer including a fluorinated polymer and a non-fluorinated binder on a backing film and a double coating layer made of weather-proof coating layer including the fluorinated polymer, thereby being strongly adhesive toward the backing film and improving weatherability.
