<p>An organic light emitting diode display device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises an anode formed on a substrate, and supplying a hole; a hole injection layer formed on the anode, and receiving the hole from the anode; a hole transfer layer formed on the hole injection layer, and moving the hole; an electron blocking layer formed on the hole transfer layer, and preventing electron from being moved to the anode; an organic light formed on the electron blocking layer and emitting layer emitting light by hole and electron; an electron transfer layer formed on the organic light emitting layer, and delivering the electron to the organic light emitting layer; and a cathode formed on the electron transfer layer, and supplying the electron to the electron transfer layer, wherein the electron blocking layer includes p-dopant.</p> |
