<p>A flexible device includes: a stage for forming a metal film on a substrate; a stage for forming an element on the metal film; a stage for forming a polymer film by applying polymer solution on the metal film and the element; and a step for separating the polymer film containing the metal film and the element, from the substrate. According to the manufacturing method, a junction device formed by junction between the manufactured flexible device and a flexible device is provided. According to the present invention, the flexible device can be manufactured by using various materials in a relatively simple process at a low cost, and the flexible device and the junction device with simple structure can be provided so that the feature of life is excellent and stability is maintained even in mechanical deformation.</p> |
