<p>The Bolt indication tensioning system incorporates inner and outer sleeves housing materials that when compressed have a resistance that creates stored energy. These materials will vary dependent on the needs of the application, i.e. Required Bolt Tension, Working Temperature, Bolt Length. This stored energy is also measured and graduated by measuring the force required to move the inner and outer sleeves relative to each other. The graduations will allow simple visual inspection to determine what the residual tension is at different compression dimensions. 3)D</p> |
