PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the erroneous detection of temperature abnormality in a battery cell.SOLUTION: In a battery pack 30, a battery module 51 is stored in a case 31. The case 31 has a counter weight 32. A first temperature sensor 61 for detecting the temperature of a counter weight 32 is disposed in the counter weight 32. A second temperature sensor 62 for detecting the temperature of a battery cell 52 is disposed in each battery module 51. The first temperature sensor 61 and the second temperature sensor 62 are connected to a control device 41. The control device 41 determines that the battery cell 52 is abnormal when a temperature difference between the temperature of the battery cell 52 and the temperature of the counter weight 32 is equal to or more than a threshold.
