<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device 2 capable of evaluating intensity of a tire 16 with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A test device 2 comprises: a plunger 4; a control part 6; a microphone 8; an amplifier 10; an A/D exchanger 12; a computer 14. A lower end 18 of the plunger 4 gradually descents and goes from a surface of a tire 16 toward inside, thereby the tire 16 gradually deforms, and thereby press force of the plunger 4 gradually increases. By the deformation, a cord of the tire 16 is broken. Sound generated by the breakage is detected by the computer 14 via the microphone 8. By the press force and movement distance of the plunger 4 during breakage, an energy value during the moment of the breakage is calculated.</p> |
