<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production equipment 1 for sandwich panels which enables smooth production of a panel-forming body 2A in a short time and contributes to improvement of productivity.SOLUTION: In production of a panel-forming body 2A, an upper surface material 9 and a lower surface material 7 are bonded to a foamable synthetic resin material S in a frame body 2 in a press adhesion step. The bonding of the upper surface material 9 and the lower surface material 7 to the frame body 2 is strengthened tightly by cutting excess side parts protruded from the panel-forming body 2A, leading to enhancement of the rigidity of the whole of the sandwich panel 2B and a good appearance due to integrity of the whole body in a streamline shape. In a series of processes in which the frame body 2, the upper surface material 9 and the lower surface material 7 pass through a first conveyor mechanism 6 and a second conveyor mechanism 8, the panel-forming body 2A is produced smoothly in a short time, leading to improvement of productivity.</p> |
