<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a recording medium to be recorded protruding outside an adhesive belt for transporting the recording medium to be recorded in a width direction with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A recording device comprises: an adhesive belt 2 for supporting a recording medium to be recorded P by a supporting surface S and transporting the recording medium to be recorded P; a guiding section 9 disposed at an end portion of the adhesive belt 2 in a width direction B for guiding a portion P1 of the recording medium to be recorded P protruding outside the adhesive belt 2 in a direction in which the portion P1 moves away from the supporting surface S; and a sensor 10 for detecting the protruding portion P1 guided by the guiding section 9.</p> |
