<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure casting apparatus capable of suppressing degradation in casting quality in next casting even if residual molten metal containing return molten metal is temporarily contained in a molten metal vessel.SOLUTION: At a time of casting, a molten metal 5 is supplied from a holding furnace 2 to a molten metal vessel 3, and the molten metal vessel 3 (molten metal 5) is conveyed into a pressure chamber 1b in a lower portion of a casting machine for use in the casting. The molten metal vessel 3 in which a residual molten metal 5b including a return molten metal after the casting is contained is conveyed from a casting machine 1 to the holding furnace 2, and the residual molten metal 5b contained in the molten metal vessel 3 is returned to the holding furnace 2. The casting is not performed by adding the molten metal 5 to the residual molten metal 5b in previous casting for use in the next casting but always performed by using the molten metal 5 from the holding furnace 2.</p> |
