This in-vehicle charger, which is simple compared with cases wherein conventional synchronous rectifier circuit systems are employed, and which is capable of suppressing a recovery surge voltage of a diode by means of a circuit configuration wherein a cost increase is suppressed, can be obtained using a Si diode as a rectifying diode on the transformer secondary side of an insulated DC-DC converter, and using, as a reflux diode, a Schottky barrier diode between a rectifying diode and a smoothing reactor, said Schottky barrier diode having a high withstand voltage and being configured from a wide band gap semiconductor. |
