PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of processing a sample including a biological element.SOLUTION: A method includes the following steps: a) a step of removably attaching at least one kind of biological element which consists of nucleic acid or the like to a connecting member; b) a step of introducing a first conductor 93A and a second conductor 93B into the sample; c) a step of applying voltage in a range from 2 V to 100 V between the first conductor 93A and the second conductor 93B; and d) a step of applying pulse voltage within the range from 2 V to 100 V between the first conductor and the second conductor to adjust the voltage, and allowing the nucleic acid in the sample to be released from the connecting member.
