PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer for glass laminates which is excellent in acoustic insulation of solid sound in an environment of 0°C or lower and a glass laminate provided with it.SOLUTION: An interlayer for glass laminates has an acoustic insulation layer having a temperature T1 showing a maximum value of tanδat the frequency of 1 Hz within the range of -30 to 0°C, and the acoustic insulation layer contains a plasticizer. The acoustic insulation layer comprises 100 pts. wt. of a polyvinyl acetal resin having a carbon number of the acetal groups of 3-4 and 160 pts. wt. or less of the plasticizer.
