<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld bead cutting device capable of making a cutting remainder of a weld bead as small as possible, for performing removal work of the weld bead efficiently.SOLUTION: The weld bead cutting device comprises: a spindle motor 3 disposed on a tip end 11 of a robot arm 1; a cutting tool 4 attached to an output shaft of the spindle motor 3 and cutting and removing the weld bead by being rotated around the output shaft; and a control device 2 detecting load of the spindle motor 3 during cutting processing, and when the motor load exceeds a predetermined value, increasing a rotation number of the spindle motor 3 for reducing the motor load to the predetermined value or less.</p> |
