Provided is a pixel circuit comprising a driving thin film transistor (DTFT), a signal loading module, a light emitting control module and a storage capacitor (CS). During the process of driving organic light emitting diodes (OLED), the pixel circuit can effectively eliminate the nonuniformity in the driving thin film transistors (DTFT) resulting from the threshold voltage thereof as well as the phenomenon of ghosting caused by threshold voltage drift, thereby avoiding the problem of brightness nonuniformity between the organic light emitting diodes (OLED) of different pixel units owing to different threshold voltages of the driving thin film transistors (DTFT) of the organic light emitting diodes (OLED). Also provided are a driving method of the pixel circuit and a thin film transistor backplane comprising the pixel circuit.
