A flow adjustment check device comprising a water inlet, a water outlet, and connected to a water source a body (100). Provided in the body (100) a supporting base (110) having a connection socket (111). Provided on the surface of the connection socket (111) a through hole (112), and at the center of the surface a connection hole (113). Comprising therein a flow adjusting element (200) and a check plate (300). The flow adjusting element (200) is positioned at the connection socket (111) and on the through hole (112), and when subjected to water pressure elastically distends to resize the water passage area of the through hole (112). The check plate (300) is protrudingly provided with a shaft (310) matching the connection hole, and is able to seal or connect the through hole (112) and the outlet depending on the water pressure. The present flow adjustment check device is suitable for automated assembly, thereby increasing production efficiency, and having a compact structure and a high sensitivity.
