Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a tunnel status processing method, device and system. The tunnel status processing method comprises: a station (STA) and wireless termination points (WTP) establish a second control and provisioning of wireless access point (CAPWAP) tunnel to enable an access controller (AC) to interact with an STA through a first CAPWAP tunnel and the second CAPWAP tunnel between the WTP and the AC; if the STA receives a tunnel change message sent by the WTP, then determining that the CAPWAP tunnel is abnormal; and the STA no longer interacts with the AC by sending a CAPWAP message through the first CAPWAP tunnel and the second CAPWAP tunnel, the first CAPWAP tunnel being an original CAPWAP tunnel between a first WTP and the AC. Thus, STA can stop interaction with the AC after learning that the tunnel is abnormal, reducing unnecessary information interaction and resource waste.
