<p>The invention relates to a transportable prefabricated modular dwelling which, once assembled and its elements deployed, has triple the original surface area of the structure of the module, allowing the modules necessary for the architectural project to be joined. The dwelling can be assembled without the need for telescopic cranes, electrical or hydraulic energy, long or specialised transportation means, and without the need for large areas of land or peripheral space. The elements of the dwelling always open outward in relation to the structure, an consequently there is no interference in the interior space. The dwelling comprises a structure having eight folded pivoting lateral elements consisting of two floors, two roofs, two front walls and two longitudinal walls, which, given the manner in which said elements fold, allow the interior space of the module to remain completely unobstructed in order to allow the transportation of installations and furniture. The dwelling comprises a jacking and crane system actuated using mechanical winches, allowing the assembly process to be completely autonomous. The foundation footings allow the module to be accurately levelled on almost any type of soil, and prevent the dwelling from developing any degree of settlement. According to the invention, what starts as a transportable module, triples its surface area and becomes a fixed construction that can be refolded and taken on to another location.</p> |
