一种即时采收的湿蔺草，藉由三支细针穿刺插入于蔺草适当析草厚度，再用手拉动穿过三角形孔所预留拉动位置之一端，利用细针之定位及蔺草具纤维之特性，进行析草(橇草)之作业，将蔺草剖分成三片，使其面宽及厚度尺寸均一为主要特点。本装置主要包括一用以供给三角蔺草插入，且预备析草之三角形孔；一具有穿刺之三支细针的三支笔型气压缸；一用于安置三支笔型气压缸之六角形本体及其支撑架；一控制三支笔型气压缸动作之三只气压电磁阀；一组控制三只气压电磁阀之动作顺序与间隔时间的可程式控制器(PLC)；一提供气压源之空气压缩机所组成；前述元件中之三角形孔与一具有穿刺之三支细针的三支笔型气压缸皆组置于六角形本体上，其余元件皆属外接元件。经不同析草厚度试验知，以1.0 mm析草厚度及0.5 sec之三针动作间隔时间为作业条件，最适用于湿蔺草析草作业，在实际应用上非常简易，精度极高，可推广不同规模之蔺草编织业者使用，挽救国内蔺草编织产业，发展地方特色之观光。;The apparatus include some components are as follows: I. Triangle hole: to provide the grass to insert in and to prepare the shelling. II. Three pen air cylinders which have three thin stitches. III. A hexagon subject which can hold the device to install the three pen air cylinders. IV. Three kinds of electromagnet valve to control the three pen air cylinders. V. One set of programmable controller (PLC) to control the sequence and interval time of electromagnet valve. VI. An air compressor to provide the air pressure. ;All above belong to outer garments except I and II install in the hexagon subject. After we experiment in different shelling grass width, we find that the efficient operation for the shelling grass of wet Lin grass is the 1.0mm depth of the grass and 0.5 sec interval in the three thin stitches operation. The device is easy to manipulate in practice. Owing to its precision, it can be promoted to introduce any Lin grass manufacture to reclaim the declining industry and develop the local distinguishing features in the future. |
