<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support information for quickly and effectively collecting information, analyzing information and grasping conditions in an emergency such as disaster in which it is difficult to have sufficient report information.SOLUTION: An early stage condition grasping device 101 comprises: a data collection unit 102 which collects information sent by an information sender from a terminal device, summarizes contents included in the information, and attaches the summary to the information to register the information with summary in a database; an intelligence derivation unit 103 which calculates reliability of information collected by the data collection unit by analyzing the information sender and the information contents, and attaches the reliability to the information to register the information with the reliability in the database; and an information display unit 104 which replaces information registered in the database by the summary attached to the information to display the summary, and displays the information registered with the database according to the reliability attached to the information.</p> |
