<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel means to identify and evaluate quality of rice.SOLUTION: Quality of rice including a growth state, a health state, a kind, or the like is identified and evaluated by: isolating a sugar chain combined with glycoprotein of rice; and obtaining a sugar chain structure distribution profile by chromatography and comparing it with a reference profile.</p> |
